Quality Control Operator

Our client is a historic and solid industrial company, a leader in its sector, characterized by technologically advanced production processes and constant attention to quality, which has tasked us with searching for a quality control operator.

The resource will be integrated into the team dedicated to quality control and will carry out their activities both directly in the production departments and within the technological testing laboratory.

Main Activities

• Perform testing and dimensional checks of material in the department using hundredths of a millimeter calipers;
• Carry out tests and checks on materials within the technological testing laboratory using durometers, microscopes, and tensile testing machines;
• Perform metallographic examinations and verify material characteristics;
• Record data and results related to the tests performed in SAP;
• Compile and manage documentation and certifications related to the controls and tests performed;
• Ensure the correct archiving and traceability of documentation related to the activities carried out.

Requirements

• Technical diploma, preferably in chemistry or metallurgy;
• At least three years of experience in quality control gained within industrial production realities;
• Precision, method, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
• Ability to organize and manage one's own work independently.
