The resource will have the following responsibilities:

Insertion of components and simple wiring
Versatility with manual tools
Basic testing with dedicated testers
Labeling and lot tracking
Packaging and preparation for shipments
Visual inspection for defects
Updating work sheets

Completing the profile:

Fine manual skills and attention to detail
Reading operating instructions
Basic use of drill/tester tools
Order and time management
Tendency towards repetitive work
