Job description
The resource will have the mission of supporting the Manager in the management of all personnel administrative activities, ensuring the correct application of current regulations and internal procedures. They will mainly deal with payroll processing and reconciling attendance with the correct imputation of variable elements.
- support the Manager in the correct management of personnel administration obligations, in compliance with current legislation, collective agreements, and second-level negotiations, such as, by way of example: reporting (labor costs, headcount,..); requests from/to employees and/or Managers of other departments (leave of absence, holidays, sabbaticals, parental leave..); contacts with bodies (INPS, INAIL, employment centers); Employee database management; etc.;
- support the Manager in the processing and transmission of tax and social security declarations;
- support the Manager in processing reporting for typical company function data;
- support the Manager in managing the procedural and administrative requirements related to employee financing/debts/fifth of salary advances/advance on severance pay requested by employees;
- manage the maintenance and development of the software related to the attendance portal;
- manage the entry of employee data into company software systems, ensuring the accuracy and updating of information;
- support the Manager in the administrative management of temporary agency contracts, ensuring relations with the supplier;
- support the Manager in the administrative activities for onboarding new resources;
- manage daily relations with employees for resolving issues they highlight or for simple clarifications of doubts within their scope;
- manage the custody of HR documents;
- support the Manager in the correct management of obligations regarding union dues, pension funds, and other specific deductions;
- support the Manager in the correct management of the entire payroll processing process;
- support the Manager in the correct management of obligations in managing the salary payment process;
- ensure correct accounting of salaries and contributions;
- support the Industrial Relations Manager in the correct management of the disciplinary process, from the notification of charges to the imposition of sanctions. **The ideal candidate possesses**: - In-depth and transversal legal knowledge in labor law, knowledge of the Workers' Statute and various National Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCNLs) is fundamental;
- in-depth expertise in human resource management;
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with any type of interlocutor;
- strong abilities in managing administrative documentation, in payroll processing, and in managing relations with social security and tax bodies;
- knowledge of HR systems, attendance management software, and reporting tools.
- Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration Sciences with a Master's degree and/or Diploma having completed training courses in Personnel Administration;
- Qualification to practice as a labor consultant will be considered a plus. **Work Location**: Caltanissetta. Salary: €22,000.00 - €35,000.00 per year Workplace: In-person
