The figure sought will have the following characteristics: · Having a multi-year experience in the maintenance sector, primarily matured in the commercial and industrial sectors · Preferably having completed training courses in safety, firefighting, and first aid, or alternatively having basic training · Basic knowledge of using computer tools · Good relational and communicative skills for managing clients and suppliers · Orientation to results, good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and predisposition to teamwork · Verify, control, supervise, and care for the correct functioning of all equipment with particular regard to respecting all safety criteria and prescriptions. · Verify daily that the values of microclimates are maintained in the environment and that the comfort is ensured for the personnel of the Client · Intervene promptly in any case of malfunctioning of the Equipment in order to restore its perfect efficiency as soon as possible by repairing or, if necessary, replacing any part, whether electrical or mechanical. If the repair/substitution intervention requires specific skills and/or equipment that cannot be performed immediately independently, this must be communicated promptly to the Facility Manager and execute any possible actions, even provisional, necessary to minimize the disruption or usability of the spaces. · Schedule, control, and modify the hours of startup and shutdown of the equipment in accordance with the needs required and, in any case, respecting what is provided by current legislation regarding the hours and periods of operation of the equipment. · Provide assistance to specialized companies for the performance of ordinary maintenance activities. · Report promptly any malfunction/damage to the Equipment that prejudices the safety of personnel present or the usability of the environments. · Carry out periodic readings of utility meters and update the register. · Verify the state of internal doors, windows, sunshades, partition walls, bathrooms, etc. (General building – R&M interior) with the aim of repairing/replacing where possible and, in case, reporting any interventions to be performed by specific professional figures. · Presence on site to provide the requested support to the Client.
