Promotional Activities Officer Sicily - Sardinia Area

SGAM S.p.A. is a leading food company that produces and markets the brands Lete, Sorgesana, Prata, and Frizz On.

To strengthen our sales network, we are looking for new professional figures, dynamic and motivated, to be hired in the role of Promoter / Merchandiser for the GDO (Large-Scale Retail) channel. The selected candidates, in compliance with the assigned duties, will have to ensure the coverage of their assigned area of responsibility.

Specifically: Sicily and Sardinia.

Residence, preferably, in the province of Catania.

The role reports to the Promoter Coordinator and the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Independently manage the sales points defined centrally;
• Respect the visit plan and frequencies defined centrally;
• Respect the instructions received from the Coordinator on key activities to be carried out;
• Coordinate with the Area Manager to verify and improve the visibility and rotation of brands in the sales point.

Required qualifications:

• Interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Attitude to learning and strong dynamism;
• Attitude to teamwork and problem-solving;
• Minimum educational qualification, High School Diploma.

The determinations regarding employment status and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's actual skills and experience gained, and will be able to satisfy the most qualified candidates.

The professional figure will be employed under the CCNL Industria Alimentare (Food Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement), will be assigned a company car and benefits, will enjoy expense reimbursement, and an initial company training course is planned.
