The Ali S.p.A. branch in Romano di Lombardia is looking for new resources to be inserted within a solid industrial reality in the metalmechanical sector with the role of: ASSEMBLERS - ASSEMBLY WORKERS AND ASSISTANTS - ASSISTANTS TO ASSEMBLE WHAT WILL YOU DO? Inside the production department, your main activities will be: - Union and installation of mechanical and electrical components. - Preparation and movement of pallets destined for shipments. - Operational collaboration with the traffic office, interfacing with the warehouse and logistics. THE REQUIREMENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Previous competence in assembly (mechanical, electric or related fields). - Excellent manual skills and familiarity with workshop tools. - Ability to correctly interpret technical drawings. - Mastery of bench tools (e.g. drill presses, screwdrivers, pliers for cabling/crimping). - Availability for full-time work on alternating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).
