Electrical Panel Production and Cabling Assistant

Ali Spa, a job agency based in Lucca, is seeking an electrical panel production and cabling assistant for a client operating in the industrial electrical supplies industry. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance and correct functioning of electrical panels before their shipment. The main tasks include: - Execution of functional and safety tests (e.g., insulation, continuity, dielectric strength) on assembled electrical panels, in accordance with electrical schemes and current regulations (CEI, IEC, UL, etc.). - Verification of the correct correspondence between the physical panel and technical documentation (schemes, bills of materials, layouts). - Identification, analysis, and resolution of faults and malfunctions (troubleshooting). - Compilation of testing documentation (reports, certifications) and archiving of results. - Collaboration with production and engineering departments to resolve timely problems encountered during testing. Requirements Required - Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience of at least 3 years in testing or cabling of industrial electrical panels. - Excellent reading and interpretation of electrical schemes and technical drawings. - In-depth knowledge of measurement and testing instruments (testers, insulation testers, calibration tools). - Normative competence in electrical safety and CE marking (and preferably other international standards). Preferred Requirements - Knowledge of automation systems (PLC, HMI). - Specific electrical safety certifications (e.g., PES, PAV).
