Assistant to the Meat Department

Job S.p.A. - Career Center di San Bonifacio selects Assistant to the Meat Department for a reality operating in the organized retail sector. Responsibilities - Processing and preparation of meats. - Dissection, cutting, and packaging of products. - Customer assistance and request management. - Quality control and sanitary norms. Requirements - Previous experience in the role (GDO or private butcher shops) or in the kitchen; - Knowledge of different types of meat and processing techniques. - Manual dexterity, precision, and attention to HACCP norms. - Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays. Characteristics of the offer - Contract: initial fixed-term contract with the aim of a long-term insertion. - Place of work: Castenaso (Bo) - Availability: Full-time (from Monday to Sunday with one/two days of compensatory rest).
