TempJob Tempjob – Agency for Labour, branch of Verona – Bussolengo, specialized in the metalmechanical sector, selects for an important client company operating in the steel industry: ADDETTO AL PULPITO The resource will be responsible for: - Controlling and managing machines and production processes from the control area (pulpito) through monitoring tools - Operating and monitoring the rolling train, ensuring correct processing of materials - Performing quality controls on productions and reporting any anomalies - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets Requisites required: - Previous experience in the role of Generic Metalmechanic Worker (welcome provenance from the steel industry) - Ability to work independently and in a team - Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on two shifts, continuous cycle (8-16 / 16-24) with weekly rotation - Availability to occasional overtime on Saturday mornings (with incentives for major increases) The offer: - Fixed-term contract with prospect of stable insertion into the company Insertion at level D2 CCNL Metalmechanics Industry - Monthly incentives and annual prize paid in February - Complete initial training, both operational and safety-related Insertion into a solid and growing context in the steel industry - Place of work: North province of Verona - Working hours: Two shifts, continuous cycle (8-16 / 16-24) Tempjob is an Agency for Labour specialized in services of supply, search and selection, staff leasing, training.
