Back Office Order Management Assistant

Ali Lavoro – Pesaro Branch is seeking a Back Office Order Management Assistant for a furniture company. The selected resource will be inserted into the Commercial and Logistics Office and will be responsible for managing the complete order cycle, ensuring fluidity and precision in processes between sales, production, and logistics departments, particularly for the Italian market. Responsibilities: - Entry of orders received from customers and suppliers into the system. - Verification of product availability and delivery times. - Management of communications with customers regarding order status, changes, and shipments. - Issuance of transportation documents (DDT) and support for invoicing. - Organization and scheduling of merchandise pickups with couriers. Requirements: - Previous experience in a Back Office or order management role, preferably in the furniture industry or production contexts. - Competence in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel). - Precision, proactivity, and outstanding organizational skills. - Knowledge of the English language is a preferred title.
