Photovoltaic Systems Installation Worker

Ali Spa Cento (FE) Branch is looking for, for a metalworking company located in Cento (FE), a WORKER FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS. Main Activities: - Mechanical assembly and fixing of support structures and fixings on roofs/coverings. - Positioning and fixing of photovoltaic modules. - Laying of cables and electrical wiring from the photovoltaic field to inverters and panels. - Installation of inverters, storage systems (batteries), and Low Voltage protection panels. - Assistance during testing phases, continuity checks, and initial system startup. - Strict adherence to safety procedures on construction sites and for work at height. Required Requirements: - Education: Qualification or Diploma in Electrical, Electrical Engineering, or Technical-Practical fields. - Experience: Proven experience (at least 3 - 5 years) in the role of electrical/structural installer of civil and/or industrial photovoltaic systems. - Skills and Certifications: - Ability to read electrical schematics and construction site layout drawings. - Valid certificate for Working at Height and 3rd Category PPE (harnesses and lifelines). - Preferential qualification: PES/PAV/PEI certification for live working and certificate for Elevated Work Platforms (EWP). - Possession of a B Driving License (for driving company construction vehicles). - Personal Attributes: Excellent manual dexterity, aptitude for teamwork, seriousness, and maximum attention to workplace safety. Initial placement foreseen in temporary employment, with the aim of permanent hiring. Indicative gross annual salary between € 24,000 and € 26,000.
