We're not looking for a pre-formed figure, but someone with a solid technical and manual background. Preferred Requirements: · Basic skills (theoretical or scholastic) in at least one of the following fields: o Electric/Electronic (reading schematics, knowledge of circuits). o Hydraulic (pipelines, valves, fittings). o Mechanical (assembly, disassembly, motors). · Strong motivation to learn, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. What We Offer · Contract: Full-time with initial experience-based classification (finalized for stabilization). · Training: A comprehensive mentoring program to acquire the specific skills needed to become an autonomous Technician. · Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours weekly (Monday to Friday).
