Food Quality and Safety Officer

For a solid client reality, we are looking for a Food Quality and Safety Officer: Main activities: - Support to quality controls and document management. - Application of HACCP regulations and EU Regulation 852/2004, 853/2004. - Collaboration in quality management systems (BRC, IFS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001). Requirements: - Diploma or degree in technical/scientific disciplines (e.g., Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Agronomy). - Experience in the food sector (preferably fresh pasta and frozen products sector). - Good organizational skills, precision, and teamwork attitude. - Basic knowledge of the Office package and preferably quality management software.
