Payroll and Contributions Assistant

For a prestigious studio located in the city center, Etjca is looking for a Payroll and Contributions Assistant. The resource will be responsible for: • Complete management of the payroll and contributions cycle: collection of absences, production of pay slips, and management of contractual variations; Management of hiring, transformation, termination of employment practices and administrative practices related to the beginning, variation and end of employment relationship; Management of relations with social security institutions and assistance: management of relations with INPS, INAIL and other entities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in economics • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and digital platforms related to payroll world • Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in professional studios; • Knowledge of main labor contracts; • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
