Lavorint S.p.A., group ATTAL, Employment Agency, Pescara branch, one of the first Italian realities specialized in research, selection, training, and management of human resources, selects for an important client company operating in the industrial painting sector profiles of: ROBOT PAINTING ATTENDANTS/E The selected figure will be responsible for managing a robotic arm for painting, a technology capable of replicating with precision the movements of an expert painter, ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and high standards. Duties and responsibilities The resource will be responsible for: - Selecting and starting the most suitable painting programs based on the type of processing required. - Using and managing a dedicated tablet to control the functions of the robotic arm. - Continuously monitoring the painting process, verifying the correct application of technical parameters. - Collaborating with production and maintenance departments to optimize working times. - Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards during all operational phases. - Reporting any anomalies and proposing improvements. Required qualifications - Technical diploma or equivalent training in mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, or related fields. - Good computer skills and familiarity with digital control systems. - Ability to read technical instructions and work sheets. - Attention to detail and precision. - Team spirit and ability to adapt to a technologically advanced environment. Preferred requirements - Experience, even brief, in using industrial robots or automated machinery. - Knowledge of painting processes and main applicable techniques. - Availability for continuous internal and external training.
