ADDETTI/E HELP DESK AND PC PREPARATION

Orienta Orienta spa - Benefit Company, Ivrea branch, is looking for staff for a major international sports event: ADDETTI/E HELP DESK AND PC PREPARATION. The resources will be responsible for: - configuring clients on Windows 10 and 11 operating systems; - installing operating systems and peripherals in a Windows environment; - ability to operate on desktop/notebook hardware parts; - supporting users on client-side and network problems; - application support; - using ticketing systems. Requirements: - degree or laurea in computer science or passionate about computer science; - knowledge and skills in the use of computer systems and digital technologies; - problem-solving; - being self-motivated.
