**Synergie Italia Agenzia per il Lavoro SpA - VIGNOLA BRANCH** is seeking for a client company operating in the food sector and specialized in meat processing: **OPERATIVES FOR FOOD PRODUCTION LINES** The resource we will hire will be responsible for: * **operation of the plant for the production of food flour with control and setting of parameters** * quality control of the product * supervision of the line's performance and cleaning * will work in shifts including night shifts The ideal candidate has the following requirements: * previous experience, even if short, in production contexts * precision and reliability * **availability to work in shifts, including night shifts** * problem-solving skills and good predisposition to work in a team We offer: * initial fixed-term contract with **permanent employment purpose**. * Working Hours: full time from Monday to Friday on a day shift or shift work schedule, including night shifts; * CCNL Alimentare Industria (14 monthly payments), **Net Monthly Income between €1700 and €1900**; * Work location: Castelnuovo Rangone (MO) *This offer is addressed to candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003 and PDR 125/2022.* *Interested parties are invited to read the *[privacy policy](#) *pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.* *Min.
