Humangest – Employment Agency is looking for Addends to Pharmaceutical Production for important production realities in the Pavia province operating in the pharmaceutical sector. Position: Addend to Pharmaceutical Production Location of work: Province of Pavia Contract: Initial contract with a possibility of stabilization in the organization Work schedule: Full-time, on shifts Job description The resource will be inserted into operational areas of production in Pharma/Biotech facilities, with responsibilities that include: - Preparation and control of production materials according to dossiers and technical specifications; - Operations of weighing, dosing, and mixing active principles and excipients; - Setting up, conducting, and executing production cycles on line; - Monitoring process parameters and compiling production documentation; - Management of department equipment and support for first-level maintenance activities; - Strict respect for safety regulations and environmental procedures. Required skills - Previous experience, even minimal, in productive contexts, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or chemical sectors; - Knowledge or strong interest in sector regulations (in particular – GMP); - Precision, ability to work in a team, and orientation towards quality; - Availability to work on shifts and flexibility in working hours; - Technical diploma or degree consistent with the field of study (e.g. Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology); Offer - Insertion through employment agency with prospects for professional growth; - Specific training on production process and good manufacturing practices; - Structured and dynamic work environment conforming to regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector; - Opportunities to collaborate with consolidated realities in the Pavia district's pharmaceutical industry.
