YOUR ROLE: Sales & Customer Assistance You will be the point of reference for customers, taking care of: - Welcome Customers: Assistance and support in choosing game boxes. - Sales Management: Registration of transactions and management of cash register. - Product Promotion: Information on box characteristics and any offers. - Operational Support: Collaboration with the team to ensure a fluid and positive gaming experience. KEY REQUIREMENTS - Experience: Preferable, but we also evaluate motivated profiles with good predisposition for public contact. - Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including evening and night shifts, from Monday to Sunday, with rest rotation every week. - Attitude: Good relational skills, customer-oriented, and ability to work in a team.
