Position

We are looking for a SALES ASSOCIATE for the ALCOTT store in SETTIMO TORINESE (TORINO OUTLET VILLAGE).

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 6 months of experience in structured companies within the clothing sector, with good organizational skills, and a natural predisposition for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships.

A good knowledge of the English language, familiarity with the Office Suite, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation, complete the profile.

Requirements:

The main duties will be:

· sales and customer support in their purchases;

· customer loyalty to the brand and being its first ambassadors

· Executing the store's operational activities diligently and professionally, in accordance with company policies

· Knowing sales targets and store KPIs, as well as individual ones

· productive collaboration with the entire team

· customer reception, satisfaction, and loyalty

· restocking and organization of sales areas and warehouse;
