Position

We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT for the ALCOTT store located in the C.C. PORTA DI ROMA.

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 6 months of experience in structured business environments within the clothing sector, with good organizational skills, a natural predisposition for assisted sales, and interpersonal relationships.

A good knowledge of the English language, proficiency in using the Office Suite, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation complete the profile.

Requirements:

The main duties will be:

· Sales and customer support during their purchases;

· Customer loyalty to the brand and being its primary ambassadors

· Performing store operational activities diligently and professionally, in accordance with company policies

· Understanding sales objectives and store KPIs, as well as individual ones

· Productive collaboration with the entire team

· Customer welcome, satisfaction, and loyalty

· Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse;

Types of supplementary remuneration:
