Position

We are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT for the ALCOTT STORE IN POMPEI (C.C. LA CARTIERA).

We wish to connect with individuals who have at least 6 months of experience in structured company environments within the clothing sector, with good organizational skills, and a natural predisposition for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships.

A good knowledge of the English language, familiarity with the Office Suite, as well as attitudinal components such as flexibility, availability, and motivation, complete the profile.

Requirements:

The main tasks will be:

· Sales and customer support during their purchases;

· Customer loyalty to the brand and being its first ambassadors

· Perform, in accordance with company policies, the operational activities of the store with diligence and professionalism

· Understand sales objectives and KPIs of the store as well as individual ones

· Productive collaboration with the entire team

· Customer reception, satisfaction, and loyalty

· Replenishment and organization of sales areas and warehouse;

Types of supplementary remuneration:
