Client Company with headquarters in Milan and various regions, with over 500 employees, operating in the BPO sector for over 30 years, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of INSURANCE POLICY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS, to be hired with an initial contract aimed at a stable insertion into the organizational chart. Workplace: TORINO zone Vallette (Work primarily in person) The role of INSURANCE POLICY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS involves inserting into the Operational Center for assisting insured clients. The task involves direct contact with clients for verifying policy coverage, franchise, scheduling appointments at affiliated structures and managing back-office claims and related practices. To take on this role, it is necessary: - high school diploma; - previous experience in contact with the public, preferably in the insurance sector for managing claims; - availability to rotate on shifts from Monday to Saturday within the 08:00/22:00 (Monday/Friday) and 08:00/14:00 (Saturday); - immediate availability: insertion by early December 2025 The contractual classification provides: - qualification of employee INSURANCE POLICY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS - CCNL COMMERCIO level V The remuneration package also includes access to a welfare plan (funded by Ebitemp - National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health protection, contribution to childcare, personal loans and support for: school expenses, extra-urban transportation, and territorial mobility.
