Gastronomy Assistants

Attal Group spa, Montecassiano Branch, Italian Labor Agency specialized in human resources recruitment, selection, training, and management, is searching for a candidate to work with an important company in the GDO sector: Gastronomy Assistants. ROLE: The resource will be inserted into an organized reality and will be responsible for: - performing all activities related to food preparation for the Gastronomia department; - collaborating with the store team to ensure adequate service standards for customers; - applying HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations; - taking care of tool cleaning and maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must possess the following requirements: - previous experience as a cook or assistant cook in the large-scale food distribution or restaurant sector; - in-depth knowledge of the Italian gastronomic sector; - precision and attention to detail; - knowledge of food safety regulations. OFFER: Placement in company with a fixed-term contract aimed at direct hiring. Working hours: part-time 30 hours weekly. Place of work: Castelfidardo (AN).
