Fishmonger Assistant

Tempor S.p.A., Agency for Labor of the Attal Group, is seeking a Fishmonger Assistant for an important supermarket located in Artena. If you like working with fresh products, have good manual skills and are interested in a dynamic role with direct contact with customers, this might be the ideal opportunity for you. Within the fish department, you will be responsible for: - Cleaning, filleting, and preparing fish products; - Setting up and caring for the display counter, ensuring order and freshness; - Controlling the quality of the fish and respecting sanitary regulations; - Assisting customers, providing advice on product selection and preparation methods; - Managing inventory and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Requirements - Good relational skills and customer orientation; - Predisposition to manual labor and dynamic rhythms; - Attention to product quality and sanitary regulations; - Availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays; - Experience in the fish department or processing of fish products is welcome.
