JUNIOR BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL ADDITIVES

Orienta Orienta Spa - Benefit Society, a subsidiary of Florence, is seeking 2 JUNIOR BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL ADDITIVES to be inserted in the COMMERCIAL area. The two resources will be trained to perform sales and post-sales activities and will work directly under the commercial manager. They will be responsible for taking care of the sales process from the commercial offer to the service order to be transmitted to the logistics division for programming. The figures will be responsible for the following activities: - Compliance with every step contained in the sales and post-sales procedure; - Responding and responding to customer phone calls; - Preparation of the proposal to be presented to the customer using CRM, according to the current price list and sales procedures; - Entry of customer and contractual documentation data into the appropriate electronic management system; - Preparation of the order by inserting every item, element, and useful information for perfect service execution; - Management of any critical issues that may arise during service, to be addressed with immediacy, professionalism, and maximum availability towards the customer and operational personnel. Requirements: - Excellent familiarity with office software, CRM, Microsoft Office package, social media; - Orientation towards customer satisfaction, positive attitude, and collaborative behavior with colleagues; - Listening and problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance, strong ability to establish priorities and program activities; Offer: Initial temporary insertion aimed at subsequent indefinite confirmation. Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday, 40 weekly hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00-13:00/14:00-18:00.
