## What have we planned for you ‍?

• You will accompany Customers every day during their shopping experience, welcoming them, listening to them, and satisfying their needs for products and services;
• You will be central in establishing a distinctive, unique, and lasting relationship with the Customer, both in-store and through digital channels;
• You will ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, facilitating easy and quick purchases;
• You will contribute to the development of everyone’s skills through your curiosity, willingness to learn, and passion for sharing your knowledge about products and their use with Customers and Colleagues;
• You will participate in the organization of initiatives and events dedicated to Customers, encouraging participation and contributing to making the store a reference point in the neighborhood for home, garden, and terrace.

## Is this challenge for you ?

• You preferably have a high school diploma;
• You have sales experience in customer contact;
• You have a passion and interest in developing new skills in the retail sector;
• You are comfortable with digital tools and like to integrate them into daily work;
• You believe you can bring added value within a group.
