For the upcoming in-shell walnut processing campaign, New Factor is looking for new resources to join its Quality team at the Forlì production site.

Work Schedule

Work in 3 daily shifts, with availability for night shifts as well.

Who we are

New Factor S.p.A. is a leading company in the agri-food sector, specializing in the production and processing of dried fruit. For the seasonal in-shell walnut campaign, we are selecting new figures to be integrated into the Quality Control area.

This represents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a structured and dynamic production environment, ideal for both those with no prior experience and those looking to deepen their skills in the agri-food sector.

Main Activities

✅ Humidity control during the drying phase

✅ Merchandise controls during the walnut selection process, with verification of internal and external defects

✅ Collaboration with the Quality team and other production departments

✅ Data entry and record-keeping via PC

Requirements

✔ Availability for shift work, including night shifts

✔ Precision and attention to detail

✔ Teamwork aptitude

✔ Basic computer skills

✔ Must have own transportation or reside in the vicinity of the site

Experience in the agricultural sector or in quality control is a preferred requirement, but not essential.
