Ali Professional is looking for 1 ADDITT* PLANNING AND PRODUCTION for a well-established industrial reality with a long history in the manufacturing sector, recognized for its dedication to technical innovation and excellence in production in the province of Brescia. We are seeking a Production Planning and Monitoring Manager. The main mission of this resource will be triple: ensure optimal workflow continuity, maximize efficiency in the use of resources (materials, machinery, and personnel) and, finally, guarantee strict compliance with delivery deadlines agreed upon. Key Responsibilities - Advanced Planning: - Schedule production orders with precision, balancing customer requests, commercial priorities, and real material availability and production capacity. - Manage promptly any changes or emergencies in the production plan, ensuring process stability at all times. - Coordination and Logistics: - Collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Purchasing Office to ensure timely and synchronized supply of materials with production needs. - Interface with all production departments for optimizing labor and machinery usage. - Control and Improvement (Continuous Improvement): - Monitor actual production performance, verifying deadline compliance and identifying any bottlenecks or critical issues. - Analyze production data (KPIs), proposing and implementing targeted solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce downtime. - Provide direct support to Management in evaluating production capacity, estimating future needs, and developing operational strategies. Technical Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: Possession of a Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalents. - Experience: Computed experience in planning/programming production functions, preferably within manufacturing or metalworking realities. - Tools: Excellent knowledge and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and solid IT skills (including Excel and production management software). Transversal Skills (Soft Skills): - Analytical abilities and problem-solving attitude to tackle and resolve operational complexities. - High level of precision and organization, combined with a strong results-oriented focus. - Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
