Tempus Spa Tempus Italia spa agency, leader in selecting personnel, urgently seeks a pastry chef for a primary client company operating in the GDO/supermarkets sector. The duties include: - the entire process of processing pastry products, - performing operations both manually and through the use of machines and tools, - measuring ingredients according to recipes, kneading, shaping, and filling various types of pastries, - controlling food in cooking, - preparing creams and fillings by mixing ingredients according to recipes, daily program, and different product types: basic paste (e.g. frolla, sfoglia, pan di spagna, biscotti, bignè, mandarin pasta, cream pastry, butter cream), dry paste (dama kisses, pinolati), pastries (various frollines, sfogliatine, filled pastes), baked goods (crostates and fantasy). Required qualifications: - previous experience in the role (at least 3 years), - availability and precision in executing tasks assigned, - possibly holding an HACCP certificate. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off on night shifts from 03:00 to 11:00. Place of work: San Bartolomeo al Mare.
