ADDED TO PAYMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Humangest S.p.A. Humangest spa, Treviglio branch, seeks for important professional studio, ADDED TO PAYMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS. The resource will be inserted within a structured team and will be responsible for personnel administration and operational activities related to payroll. Among its tasks are: - preparation and management of documentation related to employment (hiring, transformation, termination) with mandatory communication to the authorities; - preparation and management of job openings with corresponding contributory and insurance inclusions; - elaboration of payrolls; - management and control of events (diseases, maternity, injuries, etc...); - management and elaboration of annual, monthly, and quarterly compliance. Requirements: - Previous experience in the role of at least 2 years gained in professional studios or category associations; - Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, particularly Excel; - Good knowledge of Zucchetti software; - Good knowledge of payroll and contribution processing tools for targeted controls on pay slips. Work schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday with daily hours. Place of work: TREVIGLIO (BG).
