Job Title: Associate Director – Strategy Location: Mumbai About the Role Truemeds is building a high-growth Diagnostics vertical as part of its next phase of expansion. We are looking for a highly driven Associate Director – Strategy to work closely with the leadership team and own end-to-end strategic initiatives for this vertical. What will you work on? 1. Business Strategy & Growth Define the overall strategy and roadmap for scaling the Diagnostics vertical Identify growth levers across customer segments, markets, and product lines Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability 2. Market Analysis Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the diagnostics industry Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field 3. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives 4.
