Role Overview The Activities Manager plays a key role in bringing the outdoor and family experiences to life. This position is responsible for the day-to-day planning and delivery of activities, ensuring that all experiences are well-planned, executed with precision, and exceed guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to diverse age groups and interests; • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of activities into overall guest experience; • Manage and maintain equipment, facilities, and supplies necessary for activities; • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations; • Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and local partners; • Monitor and report on activity performance, making adjustments as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, recreation, or tourism); • 2+ years of experience in activities management, preferably in the hospitality industry; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; • Basic knowledge of outdoor adventure activities (e.g., hiking, biking, kayaking); • Familiarity with farm-to-table concepts and sustainable practices.
