ABOUT THE ROLE As an Activities Lead at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. You will be computer literate and able to work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our Home, you will also be responsible for updating the homes social media platforms. Our ethos is all about celebrating life, so you'll help to devise imaginative, fun and creative activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, while also developing your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be part of a close-knit team who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
