Activities Assistant - Care Home

ABOUT THE ROLE As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. We want to make sure each individual can pursue the interests they most enjoy and that means you'll have a real impact on our residents' lives. The Activities Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social events, and hobbies. This will include planning and organizing events, leading activities, and working with colleagues to ensure the programme is engaging and enjoyable for all residents. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of activities and events, and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives. We're looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our residents.
