Active Sourcer and HR Business Partner (m/w/d) at Berlin Location

Tasks

The role in the team:

• Active identification and direct approach to suitable candidates through relevant channels such as LinkedIn, XING, Talent Pools, networks
• Development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies for specialist and key positions
• Conducting first interviews and selecting suitable candidates
• Contact person for our employees on general personnel-related questions
• Support for leadership in personnel planning, organizational development, and succession planning
• Participation in administrative HR topics such as contract documents, personnel file maintenance, and HR evaluations
• Support for the further development and digitalization of our HR processes
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures and derivation of suitable measures
• Participation in employer branding measures and recruitment campaigns

Qualification

This is what matters:

• At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, preferably as a generalist and in the construction/immobilien industry
• Economic education or degree with a focus on personnel management or equivalent qualification
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High IT affinity and secure handling of MS Office, as well as good knowledge of labor law
• Self-reliant and reliable working style – in coordination with our HR team at the Karlsruhe location
