Job Italia SpA Agency for Employment - Authorization Ministry of Labour and Social Security 13/I/0001610/03.01 dated February 5, 2010 - Venice Branch, selects for a structured reality operating in the metal-mechanical sector an: ASSISTANT OFFICE ACQUISITIONS with technical mechanical training and good knowledge of mechanical design. The selected resource will work closely with the procurement manager, supporting him/her in multiple activities such as; management and interaction with suppliers, requests for offers, emission of purchase orders, monitoring of delivery times, and control of goods received. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in metal-mechanical engineering, with experience in purchasing processes and knowledge of mechanical design software. The selected resource will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should also have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel occasionally.
