Acquisition Engagement Specialist

As an Acquisition Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of quality care and customer service. Your primary responsibility is to set firm appointments for potential patients, driving a high number of them to attend their scheduled appointments. This involves contacting potential patients via telephone, text and responding promptly to their questions and inquiries with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our practice's mission, values, and goals, and be able to effectively communicate these to potential patients. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
