Acquiring Portfolio Management and Pricing Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Acquiring Portfolio Management and Pricing Manager to work directly with our client from the banking industry on the development and execution of profitable active customer base growth strategies, management and execution of portfolio management campaigns and campaign offers. The role involves market analysis, portfolio analysis and data analytics to drive active customer base growth and to ensure business profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to develop strategies to increase the active Merchant base aligned with industry shifts
  • Portfolio management: Find improvement areas on the customer lifecycle journey from sales to attrition
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead portfolio-related projects, ensuring seamless coordination with internal banking teams
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage campaigns, overseeing budgets and communication strategies
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Market Insights: Effective monitoring of industry trends and competitor strategies, ensuring proactive adaptation
  • Sales Performance: Measurable growth in customer acquisition through optimized sales channels and improved application processes
  • Project Execution: Timely and structured management of portfolio-related projects with successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Increased customer engagement and response through well-planned and executed campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Portfolio Management experience in banking (payment systems), fintech (payment facilitators), e-commerce, or telecom CRM/segment management/lifecycle management/portfolio management teams
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools (SAS, SQL, etc.)
  • Native Turkish and fluency in English are required
  • A degree in engineering or a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
