ACMV/HVAC Technician - Global MNC Semicon

Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing facilities and equipment. In charge for facilities equipment and maintenance of compressor & exhaust system, HVAC, ACMV Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory. Performed process control checks where applicable. Participated in preventive maintenance programs and ensured that all work was performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Implemented corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence of defects or malfunctions. Conducted training sessions for other technicians on new equipment and processes. Maintained a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Utilized specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Worked closely with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
