Acquisitions IT Specialist

Echipa Sedona is expanding its team and looking for a colleague to fill the role of Specialist Acquisitions IT.

We are seeking an organized, communicative, and results-oriented person with:

• minimum 2 years professional experience,
• during which at least 6 months in a similar role (acquisitions, procurement, product management, supply chain or related fields).

You will have an active role in relation with suppliers, in developing Sedona's portfolio of products and services, and occasionally interacting with the company's clients.

Therefore, excellent communication and negotiation skills are important, as well as interest in IT and/or online marketing, and knowledge of English (medium-advanced level).

We will rely on you for:

• Gestioning the process of acquiring IT equipment and services according to internal department requirements.
• Identifying and evaluating new suppliers and products.
• Formulating orders to suppliers, based on existing stock and inventory rotation speed;
• Ppreparing receipt documents (NIRs) in the management program;
• Conducting market analyses and comparisons with competitor products;
• Suggesting and supporting promotional campaigns and inventory clearance;
• Updating product information on company websites, directly or in collaboration with the Marketing department;
• Deepening technical and commercial knowledge about products in the portfolio;
• Collaborating with sales and warehouse teams for efficient stock management and order fulfillment;
• Preparing and updating technical documentation for managed products.
