Within the Exotec Procurement team, you will take responsibility for IT procurement in a fast-growing international environment. As a true partner to business teams, you will contribute to structuring and deploying the IT procurement strategy while supporting the company's performance and scalability.

Your missions

• Define and evolve the procurement strategy for IT categories: hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and service providers.
• Lead consultations, negotiations, contracting, and renewals with strategic suppliers.
• Structure and manage the supplier panel to optimize costs, service quality, and risk management.
• Strengthen the contractual framework for IT procurement, with the support of legal teams.
• Support internal stakeholders in identifying and covering their needs.
• Develop performance indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
• Participate in defining the indirect procurement roadmap and, occasionally, intervene on other corporate categories (HR, Finance, Marketing).
• Depending on your experience, manage and mentor an indirect buyer.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with proven expertise in IT procurement.
• Good understanding of the challenges related to software, SaaS, cloud, IT hardware, and intellectual services procurement.
• Successful experience in structuring, optimizing, or transforming a procurement policy.
• Solid negotiation, contractual management, and strategic supplier management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to take a step back to identify performance levers.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach, with a constant search for simple, effective, and sustainable solutions.
• Appreciation for continuous improvement, process automation, and fast-growing environments.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
