Buyer / Procurement Officer (H/F) Patek SA Genève Buyer / Procurement Officer (H/F) Mission In the context of this function, attached to our Clothing division, you will have the mission to ensure optimal management of your product portfolio, in line with the Production Planning Director's Plan (PDP), while developing and maintaining durable trust-based relationships with our partners and internal clients. Responsibilities Ensure the best possible supply chain for products under your responsibility, taking into account the needs of the PDP, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers and partners to ensure the availability of high-quality products at competitive prices. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business objectives. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product range, including materials, manufacturing processes, and distribution channels. Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity and minimizing financial impact. Develop and implement procurement procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of procurement activities, including budget tracking and cost control. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, mission, and vision, as well as its policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for process improvement and innovation. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including production planning, logistics, and quality assurance teams. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop and implement initiatives to achieve these goals. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for sustainability and environmental responsibility. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement, including those related to ethics, integrity, and social responsibility. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensure that procurement activities align with these values.
