Are you an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in North Brisbane looking for a role that is tailored around you?

Our client is a well-established private practice in the Burpengary area who is looking to add another clinician to their team of Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers. This role has a unique level of flexibility with a room being available anywhere from 2 to 5 days per week, a fully (and we mean fully) tailored caseload, and the option to work on either a casual or permanent basis.

Feel supported with a fully paid 3hr orientation before starting, to get up to speed with systems and operations.
Take home approx. $85 per session on a casual basis, with permanent wages negotiable depending on billables and experience.
Collaborate during a fortnightly session where all clinicians can come together to discuss cases, raise any concerns, and generally catch up with the rest of the team.

Your Duties will Include:

Collaborating with the wider team to promote informal peer supervision.
Managing rebooking of appointments after initial meeting with new clients.
Seeing a minimum of three clients per day, with no maximum
Being pro-active with the sharing of ideas and working with the rest of the team.

Requirements/ Skills:

Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker
Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic intervention.
