Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients. * Management of client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact. * Review of bookkeeping work completed by junior members of the team. * Preparation and review of management accounts. * VAT returns and other compliance work. * Supporting the training and development of junior staff. * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. What We're Looking For: * ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). * Experience of working within a UK accountancy practice. * Strong technical accounting skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. * A genuine interest in sustainability and purpose-driven businesses is a plus.
