Role overview We are looking for a Debt Collection Operator to join our financial services team. As a Debt Collection Operator, you will be responsible for collecting debts from customers who have failed to pay their invoices on time. You will work closely with the credit control team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the debt collection process. Key responsibilities: • Identify and prioritise overdue accounts for collection • Make contact with customers to negotiate payment plans or settlements • Process payments and update customer records • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers • Work closely with the credit control team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the debt collection process.
