Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Job description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the entire process of billing and collection from our company. The main responsibilities for this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments and supervising all accounts receivable cycle (AR aging report, reconcilation of billing ERP vs Oracle, collection reports, cash flow forecast, unbilled aging, complementos de pago, etc). Our ideal candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage daily financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounts receivable transactions, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
