Job description
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to resolve outstanding balances and payment discrepancies. Perform cash applications by accurately posting and reconciling payments received. Manage accounts receivable processes including collections, follow-ups, and dispute resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure smooth financial operations. Monitor AR aging reports and drive strategies to reduce overdue accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
