Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer payments, managing outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and process incoming payments from customers, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic transfers. • Verify and post payments to customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payment processing. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all accounts receivable activities, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure prompt payment and minimize delinquencies. • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards related to accounts receivable and cash management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
