With high transaction volumes, a diverse stakeholder base, and month-end responsibilities, you'll need to think critically, communicate confidently, and take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable records. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, reconciling statements, and performing various financial analysis tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable records in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform various financial analysis tasks to ensure the accuracy of cash flow and financial statements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. • Collaborate with other finance team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work accurately with high transaction volumes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
